Having the experience of working with a diverse population, I work from an eclectic approach keeping in mind that each client has their own unique needs and requirements.
I work from a person-centered , cognitive behavioral theoretical orientation that best fits the clients needs and concerns. I also incorporate aspects of mindfulness in my work with my clients. I strongly feel that self-care is an important element in managing daily life stressors.
My approach to therapy aims to primarily focus on creating a safe, non judgmental space where the client feels heard and undestood. I believe that therapy is collaborative pocess and I guide my client to be the best version of themselves by helping them increase their level of self-awarness, gain new perspctives and increase potential strengths to liv a more meaningful life
